I recently came across this quote from Alison Lurie:
“Even when we say nothing our clothes are talking noisily to everyone who sees us, telling them who we are, where we come from, what we like to do in bed and a dozen other intimate things.”
If you have a fashion brand, the above quote is your raison d’etre. Your advertising copy should reinforce the importance of your brand and how it can improve the lives of those who buy into it. It’s another reason why reaching for the “deeper benefit” is so important.
